One hundred Egyptian exhibitors at Fruit Logistica 2025. Easyfresh attending the famous fair.
The Egyptian delegation to Fruit Logistica in Berlin is ready to take part in the fair with a record number of exhibitors. Dalia Kabeel, CEO and co-founder of Konzept, overseeing the Egyptian pavilion, tells more about her preparations.
“The 2025 edition of Fruit Logistica will see record Egyptian participation, reflecting the major growth of the fresh produce industry in our country. Over 100 exhibitors will showcase their products, some 15% of whom will be exhibiting for the first time. We are looking forward to a brilliant Egyptian participation and welcome visitors from all over the world“, says Dalia.

“Egyptian exhibitors fall into two categories: those who are part of the Agricultural Export Council delegation, and those who participate independently. Dalia adds: “As always, we have put in place uncompromising criteria for the selection of exhibitors with the Agriculture Export Council. These criteria range from the possession of certain quality certifications to the exporters’ history of compliance with the regulations and standards of the destination markets. We have also worked with companies exhibiting for the first time to enhance their capabilities and provide them with the means to participate successfully in the fair.”
“Priority has been given to exporters of the most sought-after products: “Egypt’s flagship products will be represented, such as citrus fruits, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, strawberries, beans and other fruits.“
“Alongside its participation in the show, Konzept has also planned side events in Berlin. Dalia: “In collaboration with the Egyptian Embassy in Berlin, we are organizing visits to fresh produce wholesale markets and supermarket chains, as well as match-making meetings with buyers. The Egyptian pavilion will be located in hall 2.1 of the exhibition, although Dalia prefers otherwise.
“Hall 2.1 certainly has good traffic, but we would have preferred more dynamic locations towards the southern entrance of the Messe.” Dalia concludes: “I wish the exhibitors a good trade show and that they live up to the progress that Egypt achieved in terms of production. As everyone knows, Egypt is experiencing tremendous growth in terms of land reclamation, increased acreage, and the production of many high-quality fresh products. Together with the Agricultural Export Council, we will continue our efforts to open up new markets, and Fruit Logistica is undoubtedly an important step in this direction.”
